1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ptplaytime, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ptplaytime and all registered account holders. They apply to all sections of the platform, including slots, live casino, casino games, fish games, sports betting, and all deposit and withdrawal activity.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and maintain an active account at ptplaytime, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another individual or as a commercial operator.
• You have not previously had a ptplaytime account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting under instruction from a third party when registering or placing bets.

ptplaytime reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age and eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and may affect the availability of your account balance pending investigation.

3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active ptplaytime account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared household details — is a breach of these Terms. ptplaytime actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts discovered, including withholding balances pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact ptplaytime support immediately through your account dashboard.

4 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ptplaytime account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. ptplaytime will never ask you to share your password or OTP via any channel.

Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorised access promptly. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. ptplaytime uses SSL encryption on all connections and OTP verification for sensitive account actions to protect the security of your account from our side.

5 Deposits, Currency, and Payments

All deposits, account balances, bets, and withdrawals at ptplaytime are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Supported deposit channels are GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and direct bank transfer. These are the only accepted funding methods.

ptplaytime does not accept deposits via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency or digital asset. Attempting to fund an account through unsupported channels may result in the transaction being rejected and potential delays in fund recovery.

Deposit processing times vary by channel. GCash and Maya transfers typically reflect within minutes. Online banking via InstaPay is generally same-day. Direct bank transfers may take one to two hours. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on your payment provider.

ptplaytime does not charge deposit fees on our end. Your own bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ptplaytime may request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund your account.

6 Gameplay Rules and Bet Integrity

All game outcomes at ptplaytime are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). Outcomes are independent between rounds — no outcome is influenced by any previous result, the size of your bet, or your account history. Slots, live casino, casino games, fish games, and all other game categories operate under this principle.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with games or the platform in ways not intended for standard player use.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multi-player game formats.
• Placing contradictory bets across multiple accounts with the intent to guarantee a return regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).

Bets placed and confirmed are final. ptplaytime will not reverse bets once a game round has been initiated, except in cases of verified technical error. Disputed outcomes must be raised with support within seven (7) days of the relevant session.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions, bonuses, and cashback offers at ptplaytime are governed by specific terms announced at the time each offer is made available. ptplaytime does not pre-commit to specific bonus percentages, minimum or maximum amounts, wagering requirements, or validity periods in these general Terms and Conditions — those details are specific to each individual promotion.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using bonus funds in ways that violate the specific promotion's terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

8 Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

ptplaytime is an entertainment platform for adults aged 21 and above. Gaming involves risk and no outcome is guaranteed. The platform does not represent that any strategy, system, or style of play will produce consistent or guaranteed returns.

We encourage all account holders to set personal session budgets before playing, to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income, and to make use of the responsible gaming resources available on the Responsible Gaming page. If gaming stops being enjoyable, stop playing.

Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

9 Suspension and Closure of Accounts

ptplaytime reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a way that presents risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ptplaytime may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Account holders may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed, cleared balance in a closed account in good standing will be returned via the same channel used for deposits, subject to verification requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

ptplaytime provides the platform on an as-is basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions outside our control.

ptplaytime's liability to any account holder in connection with the platform is limited to the verified balance held in that account at the time any claim arises. ptplaytime is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

11 Amendments to These Terms

ptplaytime may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any update, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure.

12 Governing Policy Documents

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the following policy documents, which form part of the full agreement between you and ptplaytime:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy document, the specific policy document takes precedence in relation to the subject it governs.
